Mahindra Thar Engine
Engines for the Mahindra Thar 2WD are offered in both diesel and gasoline versions. The 2.0-liter gasoline engine has a 152bhp and 300Nm torque output. The engine employed here is a 1.5-liter diesel with 118.5bhp and 300Nm of torque. The XUV 300 also uses the same component. Both engines may be used with manual or automated gearboxes.
Maruti Jimny engine
The Jimny most likely has the same 1.5-liter petrol engine as other Maruti cars like the Ertiga and Brezza. The engine is expected to generate 130Nm of torque and 103bhp. There will be a manual and automatic gearbox option for the Jimny.
Dimensions
Mahindra Thar 5 door
Mahindra Thar has dimensions of 1896 mm in height, 1855 mm in width, and 3985 mm in length. It sports a 2450 mm-long wheelbase and a 226 mm ground clearance. The Thar is offered as both a hardtop and a convertible. Despite the Thar’s well-known appearance and resemblances to the Jeep Wrangler, Mahindra’s additions distinguish the SUV.

Maruti Suzuki Jimny 5 Door
3850mm in length, 1645mm in breadth, and 1730mm in height are the estimated dimensions of the Jimny. Its broad wheel arches, vertical front grille, and spherical headlights give it a boxy overall look resembling a smaller G-Wagon. It had a 2550mm wheelbase and 210mm of ground clearance. The 5-door Maruti Suzuki Jimny will be offered at launch in India.
